Water Bottles Help You Keep Track Of Your Water Intake
Having An Attractive Water Bottle That You Like Carrying With You Will Help You Stay Hydrated During Your Workouts
Most people do not drink enough water to keep themselves
sufficiently hydrated throughout their day. The problem of staying hydrated is
even worse when people go to the gym. This is because people underestimate the
amount they sweat during their workouts, and because they do not keep track of
how much water they are drinking throughout their workout. People who
accidently dehydrate themselves after weightlifting will feel especially tired,
and they will have less energy to interact with their loved ones. By having and
using a good water bottle, you will have more energy, better skin, and most
importantly, a great workout.
Who
Am I?
My name is Big Red and I own and write informative
blog posts for Resistance Strength Training. I give weight lifters and
powerlifters the information they need to reach their strength goals. I began
my quest to be the strongest I could be during freshman year of High school
when I was only 14 years old. During that time, I played football, and I had
the opportunity to learn from coaches who had decades of experience in weight
lifting. I also played semi-pro football for two years. Since my football days,
I have continued to be active in the weightlifting community for over fourteen
years. In my pursuit of gaining strength, I have had the opportunity to learn
from five different personal trainers, two strength conditioning coaches, and
from a variety of different muscle building publications. Also, one of my good
friends from high school and college is now a strength conditioning coach with
the Concordia Cougars, a college football team. I routinely work out with this
individual and he has further helped improve my workouts and knowledge base. I
am also a senior in college I am now 28 years old and I am at an elite level of
strength. I weigh 225lbs but I am able to bench-press 375lbs, overhead-press
275lbs, deadlift 530lbs, and squat over 400lbs.
How
Much Water Should People Drink, And What Are The Health Benefits?
According to The Institute of Medicine, men should
drink roughly 13 cups or 3 liters of water a day, and women should drink 9 cups
or 2.2 liters of water a day. This is only the amount of water that is needed
to replace the water a person loses through their perspiration, urine and bowel
movements, and through their breath. When people weight lift, they lose even
more water, and thus they need to drink even more than the minimum amount I
listed earlier. Drinking enough water is extremely important for your health
because water helps carry nutrients throughout the body, flushes the toxins out
of important organs, and helps keep the nose, ear, and throat tissues moist. These
reasons are why it is important to listen to your body and monitor how much
water you are drinking. One of the possible indications that you are drinking
enough water is if you are rarely thirsty, and your urine is either colorless
or slightly yellow.
How
Do People Make Sure They are Staying properly hydrated during their Workouts?
The best way to stay hydrated is by monitoring how
much water you are drinking and by having a convenient way to store and carry
your water with you. The top way to make sure you have the water you need to
have a successful workout is by carrying a sports water bottle. Having a good
